Enable NSW Aids and Equipment Program (Enable NSW)

The Aids and Equipment Program (formerly known as PADP) provides adequate equipment, aids, and services to qualifying residents of NSW who have a life-long or long-term disability in order to survive and function in their society.

The Enable NSW Aids & Equipment Program recognizes us as a supplier of Pedorthic Services. Our products and services include-

• Medical Grade Footwear
• Custom Cast Footwear
• Custom Cast Footwear with internally built AFO’s
• Custom Moulded Orthoses
• Shoe Modifications and Repairs

If you meet the criteria and have had your Prescriber assessed you for Footwear, we will need two things to complete your application

• “Equipment Request Form” (ERF) from your prescriber (downloadable here):
• “Enable NSW Application Form” filled out by you (downloadable here): along with any other information Enable NSW has requested.

If the consumer meets the criteria, we will require two things to complete their application:

• “Equipment Request Form” (ERF) prescriber to fill out (downloadable here):
• “Enable NSW Application Form” filled out by consumer (downloadable here): along with any other information Enable NSW has requested.
  Once both these forms have been completed and we have provided a quote the application will be ready to lodge with Enable NSW by email. enable@health.nsw.gov.au
