What is Kinj doing in response to the Covid-19 outbreak?

The health and safety of our customers and team members are at the heart of everything we do. In light of the heightened level of concern related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to update you on how we continue to maintain the highest level of hygiene for the team, customers and their families so we can provide for our communities safely over this uncertain time.

How to return:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on the ‘Return request’ option
  • Fill the form
  • Provide the invoice number and the item code as proof of purchase
  • Write down the cause of return
  • Submit the request

After receiving a return request our team will assess it and send you an e-mail if your request is granted. You can return the product within 30 days. The delivery charge of such items will be covered by you. The process of refund will be completed within 28 days after the return of the product.

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

  • Original Receipt (no photocopies accepted)
  • Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases and Pickup)

Yes, you can. We have an exchange, refund or repair policy.

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, you cannot cancel it under any circumstances.
