When you shop with Kinj, you can enjoy the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below.

You can return any product with proof of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Quality defects
  • Damaged product(s)
  • Wrong product delivered from our end
  • Missing part(s) or Product lost in shipment
  • Size/colour mismatch because of our error (Kinj will cover the delivery charge of such items)

Return conditions:

  • The items must have all tags attached.
  • The items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with no smell of perfume/deodorant, and no make-up stains.
  • Footwear must be returned in original conditions, with no marks or stains. Returns must be made with the original shoe box without any postage labels placed on the box. 
  • If you damage a garment after wearing it, such as loss of a button, or broken zip because of wear and tear, we cannot accept it back for return or exchange.
  • We do offer refunds for change of mind about the items or choosing the wrong size. 

Non-returnable items:

  • eGift Card
  • Fragile items
  • Crockeries
  • The sale or discounted items
  • Specific non-refundable items 

Our team will assess the item to determine whether it is returnable in accordance with our Return Policy.

How to return:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on the ‘Return request’ option
  • Fill the form
  • Provide the invoice number and the item code as proof of purchase
  • Write down the cause of return
  • Submit the request

After receiving a return request our team will assess it and send you an e-mail if your request is granted. You can return the product within 30 days. The refund process will be completed within 28 days after the return of the product.
